Each unit may have up to two (2) dogs and/or cats. Small household pets under 2 lbs (e.g., fish, gerbils, birds) are also allowed.

Prohibited: Animals considered dangerous by the Board.

The Board may require the permanent removal of any pet that, in its opinion, endangers health, creates a nuisance, or causes unreasonable disturbance, upon seven (7) days’ written notice. Pets deemed an immediate danger to health, safety, or property may be removed by the Board without prior notice.
